Reminders for Performers To ensure a smooth and timely start to the performances, please take note of the following arrival times: · Teen and Adult Dancers: Arrive at the theater 45 to 60 minutes before your scheduled performance time. · Junior and Kinder Dancers: Arrive at the theater 30 minutes before your scheduled performance time. All performers are expected to come dressed in their first costume, with hair and makeup fully done prior to arrival.
Please remember that no food or drinks are permitted backstage, with the exception of water. This is a theater policy, and we are guests using these facilities. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Arrival and Dismissal Procedures for Kinder and Creative Dance Dancers For our Kinder and Creative Dance dancers, please use the front entrance upon arrival. Follow the posted signs to sign your dancer in backstage. This process ensures that each dancer is safely checked in and ready for their performance. Audience ParticipationAfter their performance, only Creative Dance dancers will be able to join their families in the audience. Creative Dance dancers may sit on a family member's lap during the remainder of the show. Kinder dancers, by contrast, will remain backstage for the entire duration of the show. They will participate in the final curtain call bow before dismissal. Dismissal Procedures At the end of the performance, the youngest dancers will be dismissed first. Families may meet their dancers directly in the lobby following the show.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we prepare for these unforgettable performances!
